2. SMS Terms of Service
2.1 Opt-In & Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the appropriate SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from The Arc Collective. SMS consent is optional and is not required to submit a form or receive our services. Consent to receive SMS messages will never be a condition of purchase.
2.2 Types of Messages
- Transactional SMS: Appointment reminders, service notifications, account updates, and customer support messages. Frequency: approximately 1–4 messages per month.
- Marketing SMS: Occasional promotional offers, service announcements, and special communications related to our services. Message frequency varies.
2.3 How to Unsubscribe (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 980-385-7361. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
2.4 How to Get Help (HELP)
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@arccollective.agency or 980-385-7361.
2.5 Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
2.6 Message & Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive transactional messages approximately 1–4 times per month. Marketing message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
2.7 Privacy & Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
3. Use of Website & Services
- You will not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
